Both David Wilson Homes and Barratt Homes are delivering on the land west of Oxford Road, and Bellway Homes will be delivering on the land east of Oxford Road.
In terms of infrastructure delivery, (Highways Work Package 1 (HWP1), includes creation of a new access onto Dunmore Road, new Toucan crossing, provision of new bus stops and laybys etc., and HWP2, includes creation of a second new access onto Dunmore Road, new bus stops and laybys and , pegasus crossing. The works associated with HWP5 (improvements to the Oxford Road roundabout) are also progressing.
